WHO WE ARE

Unit D.3 leads on the CoR's digital communication channels, content and design. We contribute to the visibility and online reputation of our institution by managing its website, intranet, newsletters, web streams as well as creating engaging content on social media and implementing major corporate communication campaigns. We are keen innovators, always on the lookout for new digital trends and techniques. 

During your traineeship with us you may either be assigned to one of our three teams (Social media, Web or Visual communication) or work on multiple projects and cross-sectorial assignments.

YOUR TASKS

Depending on your assignment your main tasks will include but are not limited to:

Create, manage and analyse engaging social media content for the CoR's social media channels;

Perform live website content updates;

Respond to basic queries or assist users in updating our intranet;

Analyse social media, web and/or newsletter statistics to gain user insights;

Design newsletters using tools like Microsoft Dynamics;

Assist in setting up live streaming platforms and testing audio/video software;

Support the production of visuals (digital or print);

Provide assistance in communicating about the plenary sessions.
